We appreciate your patience and support as we begin the school year. With drivers adjusting to new routes, students settling into new routines, and ongoing areas construction, bus delays will occur during the first week of school. These also occur when the weather is rainy or snowing. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work through these early challenges.

A few important details regarding transportation:

• For information regarding delays, check www.ottawaschoolbus.ca website, or read the email sent by OSTA.
• You may also check your child's route, pick-up / drop-off location and times on the website.
• If a bus is delayed more than 15 minutes at the end of the day, Featherston and OSTA notify families by email.
• Van or bus?
  
  
• students who rode in vans last year may now assigned to a bus, which may have a different pick-up location
• you can check pick-up location and times in the your OSTA email or website
